EPL Matchday 30

What is the cause for Chelsea's drop in performances? (Multiple choice)

  • Conte's tactics + He wants to go home.

  • The players are not trying hard enough.

  • Owners not funding the squad enough.

  • Bad transfer windows (Morata, Bakayoko, Drinkwater etc).

  • Jack Watts snubbed them for Port in the AFL trade period.

Noticed that there was one or two randoms at Old Trafford decked out in the green and gold protesting the Glazers. Didn't know this was still a thing.

Hard being a Palace supporter right now.

Last minute losses to Spurs and United, followed by a dire first half v Chelsea.

In the end only a poor refereering decision cost us a point overnight, perfectly good goal from Solorth disallowed. Reidelwald penalised for "high" boot despite pulling out of the challenge. Cahill diving in low as well with ref poorly positioned. How did Morata stay on the field avoiding a 2nd yellow after deliberately knocking the linesman's flag out of his hand? Wish we could get some 50-50s.

Very disappointing again, need an ounce of luck. Wilf started 2nd half, Sakho returned to the bench, hopefully Reuben Loftus-Cheek and cabaye back next week. Only Liverpool of the big boys left to play, season starts this week for us.

Have a soft spot for West Ham so disappointing to see those scenes.

Have no issue with those protesting at club owners, etc in front of the directors box because they are doing it as supporters wanting something better for the club, but those pitch invaders are just attention seeking whores and can get fcuked. Glad that long haired knob got belted by fellow supporters. Just on that where was the arena guards? Their whole purpose is to stop that. Instead you see them sitting down in the background while these knuckleheads make it all the way to the centre unopposed. You even see one walking across the sidelines ignoring the situation while the long haired muppet and his friend amble their way back into the stand past him.

First Rashford Strike reminded me of Ronaldo vs Kiev in 07/08, just a wonderfully taken goal, Wish Mata scored his bicycle kick though, goal of the season gone begging there.

Yeah that first Rashford goal was very Ronaldo like, great cut back and hit with such power!.

Awesome win over the scouse, gives us a bit of breathing space from 2nd to 3rd, not that it really matt

PREMIER League strugglers West Ham United were left facing disciplinary action after angry fans repeatedly invaded the pitch in shameful scenes during a 3-0 loss at home to Burnley on Saturday that left the London club just three points above the relegation zone.

Hammers co-owners David Gold and David Sullivan had to leave the directors’ box for their own safety as the London Stadium descended into chaos.

A week that had already seen a planned protest march by fans against the club’s board called off -- as West Ham supporters’ associations fell out with each other amid threats of violence from a group linked to the club’s notorious hooligan past of the 1970s and 1980s -- turned increasingly toxic in the second half of a painful defeat in east London.

You’re so right. Brings back some great memories.

The Moyes/Hodgson/Pardew relegation trifecta is well and truly on. Would probably go down as the greatest season in premier league history if it happened.

One will get the England gig after Southgate fails at Russia 2018 and the others will get jobs at relegation battlers next season.
