I don't know how anyone expected anything differently. Brad Scott as coach basically a cheat code to endless mid-table finishes with disappointing season finishes.

Thats not the point....

North Melbourne fans can debate about Brad Scotts 10 years as a North Melbourne coach from 2010-19. Some North fans liked him, Some disliked him.

No different with Port fans mixed opinions of Ken Hinkley from 2013-21.

That said... Essendon fans wont care about anything if they win a final this season.

I can only think some folks are trolling Don fans. Of course Essendon will finish higher. North will be fighting the Hawks for the spoon.
