I didn't see them saying July or August. They said June first off but obviously just didn't port it in time or had unrealistic expectations.I remember when they said it would be released in June, then July, then August..Now September.
I wonder what's taking them so long.
As has been noted here and at MANY other places too the amount of bugs in both the main game and DLC were quite a lot so along with porting they were probably eradicating the bugs which would've taken longer.
Basically it is pretty much done now, just up to testing the DLC on its own and then how it goes with the other DLC.
There's a lot of DLC so it will take its fair share of time.

Keep in mind that not only do we need to test each DLC on PS3, we also need to test each DLC when used in conjunction with each of the other DLC, as well as all of them together, along with the entire original game."
