The AFL cut the soft cap meaning each side has less staff/volunteers than they had previously. How easy would it have been to play both the AFL game and the VFL game at the same freaking venue??? But no, the whole Gold Coast list probably caught the same plane down to Melbourne but end up playing 100ks apart and at the same time. The AFL decision making defies logic. Curtain raisers please.
