I wouldn't have.

Good news though, means we can leave Kurt forward.

No Sandilands or Cox this week, dream teamers around the nation cry foul!

YES! ARGHHHHHH! :thumbsd::thumbsd::thumbsd::thumbsd:
Luckily I'm playing a crap team this week!
But on the WCE website the top head line is "Cox, Kerr ready for Saints."
I JUST WISH THEY'D PUT THEIR SQUAD UP ALREADY!

edit: yepp, Cox is in! :D

Romani Negri, what a legend!!

I'm happy with those two changes.

I'm a big fan of Shirley, and am happy to see him in the side, but I think he's a depth player now.

Dougie I like, and I was one of his staunchest defenders when he was playing the small forward role; on the basis that he was sacrificing his game for the good of the team, and that when he moved into the middle, he'd be excellent for us. Well, he hasn't been excellent for us, at best, he's been average.

And with Goody needing to come back, Reilly earning and demanding a recall, average just isn't good enough.

I'd expect to see Walker/Burton in next week for Sellar/Smck - with Maric rucking 70-80% of the game and Tippett taking them in the forward line.

Re: Goodwin, Reilly IN

wow - great outs for us for freo!!

i've got the belting feeling now (and not because it's nearly home time and i get to see the wife... :D)

Forecast is for rain easing so i guess it will be cold wet and slippery. Goody to get in and under and boom it forward. Thought Dougie might like those conditions. Not sure Reilly will though.

Good to see the selection panel making all the right changes this year!

Douglas is badly out of form and now needs to earn his spot rather than being gifted games. Shirley has done nothing wrong except losing his spot to a more deserving player in Reilly.

It's also fantastic to see McKernan and Sellar being given another opportunity, as they both showed enough last week to warrant another crack at the big league. It's going to be great seeing them live this week!

Very happy with these changes :D

INSPIRING CHANGES!! :D You beauty!!! :thumbsu:

Douglas just hasn't been finding enough of the ball. 31 possessoons in 3 weeks is clearly not going to cut it, not for a 4th year player. I guess the AFC doesn't listen to jenny's best players?

Couldn't be happier, great team we've got on Saturday. And the Dockers without Sandilands means they've lost the one advantage they held over us. Crows should win this comfortably.

WOW, Sandilands is a huge loss for that very young team and no Headland is taking away some experience.

I hate predicting big wins but this one is certainly shaping up that way:thumbsu:

if its going to be wet. could we possibly see one of the emergencies come in for one of the talls..

Great changes for the Crows this week.

Is great the the gold ticket that Douglas has carried for 3 years has finally run out of credit. He has clearly not been up to AFL standard for a while now.

Wouldnt surprise me if he struggles to get back in the side. Petrenko, Armstrong, Cook, Shirley and maybe even Henderson would all be providing fierced competition for the final couple of spots in the crows 22. The first three at least also probably have a more weapons (i.e. pace, strength, size, endurance) and a higher ceiling than Dougie.

Love that we have kept Smack and Sellar in for another week and both have the size to stretch a Sanidlandless Freo.

Genuinely excited to see Sat nights performance.

Sellar still in the side – Glenelg must have the bye again.

Shirley dropped? But i was under the impression the match committee rated him as a player, not just for tagging. But i guess now Goodwin is back, he gets dropped. Oh well.

No Pavlich, Sandaland and Headland = Freo should not have a chance

Take heart L72. I hope you are right, but we couldn't put Richmond away last week when we should have.

This team reminds of the year 2000 when we had just drafted Pav and Haselby and some other talented kids but had a list of 80% crud.

This time it looks like we have a bit more talent but, geez...:(

No doubt Sandilands is a massive out. He would of abosolutely r*ped us in the ruck. No pav means our defence will probably kill their fowards.

We should in all honesty thrash them by 10 goals now.

I'm a Douglas fan but the dropping is justified. Just not finding it enough.

Shirley out is fine by me, just seems like it's tredding water when he's in.

Reilly will hopefully get some time in the middle and Good will play a quality 250th.

Sandy out is massive, Ivan and Sellar have to really work their rucks over.

Rucks? What are these rucks you speak of? lol

Clarke, our first year draftee with 2 games experience and Kep 'president of the crab brigade' ????

Oh Lordy your rucks are going to have a field day! :o
