He will not get hem a flag, but he will make them competitive again quickly - he has done it with every team he has coached.

Exactly, the dickheads brought this all on themselves with the blatant tanking and the terrible use of the draft picks that they got from tanking.

Actually I don't necessarily think it's just them making terrible picks. Their development part of the club must have some real issues if they cannot develop at least one gun.
