Nisbett should go before Simmo. He signed his contract off.
I would give Simmo another year or two to at least start the rebuild or maybe he leaves for another gig? He can only coach who’s on the field, not his fault the powers at be wanted to go again with an old list.
Whoosh started the rebuild and Simmo then took it over at the start of the window just opening. Only fair to let him have a crack at building it up from the ground up.

19/20 were wasted years, last year should have been year 1 of exploring the list and cutting the older guys. Now it’s 2 years too late.

Their elder statesmen are cooked and their young talent is non-existent. Tbh I'm not really sure what Simpson can actually do at this point to overcome years of terrible drafting and player development. Their list profile is shocking.

During the week Simmo said that he didn’t think for one second of dropping Darling.
Now I know Jumping Jack has been a good servant for the Eagles, but if you didn’t give a serious thought about Jacks place in your side, it shows that you are prepared to make the tough decisions. Games for life.
Sure you may not need to drop Jack, but to not think about it ?.
