The trial was done on organ transplantation patients (high level immune suppression) found via various markers that have 3x moderna was better than 2x moderna over 3 months, also other studies found low (30-50%) seroconversion with 2 shots in immune suppressed. Recommended by US FDA to give booster at 28 days post 2nd.

Whether Australian practice follows this idk.

Yes they are saying similar to me. Although we are likely to be prioritising those who want vaccination and have not had access over booster eg I would prefer my 15 year got Pfizer before I get booster
