Just wondering who are the current left handed, right footed players. Vossy was a deadset champion but what about current players?

Joel MacDonald for Brisbane maybe?? He bounces the ball with his left hand, looks classy:thumbsu: He's probably not left handed though, dunno:confused:

Shane Crawford kicks with his right but bounces with his left hand. Ive seen him throw his socks into the crowd with his left arm as well

Daniel Kerr always bounces left hand. I think Dane Swan does something a bit different as well. Dal Santo likes to carry the ball right handed and then switches to left as he kicks I have also noticed.

I may be wrong here but is Austin Wonnemaeri one?

I haven't seen enough of him to be sure, but he certainly seems to 'celebrate' left-handed anyway. (And I do mean on the field - not sure about in private...)

I'm left handed, but handball right handed (left is a 'get out of jail' handball) - and am genuinely dual footed (I kick off whichever foot is most convenient) - though much better off my right at full tilt.

Every other sport/activity I'm left handed and dual-footed too. Don't know why, just always been that way.

I am. :p

Not sure about AFL players though, i believe it would probably be more common then most people would think.

I'm right handed, left footed. Kicking went to shit when trying to go from a two handed drop to a left hand drop.

I know Andrew Walker from Carlton is left handed, right footed.

I think Shane O'Bree is right handed, but he's been kicking with his left predominantly for the last year and a half.

Why is that? Does he have ankle/foot issues with his right?

As an aside, I think left-handed people are generally much better at adapting to the other side of their body than right-handed people.

five... bounce the ball and handball with my left, naturally drop with my left too, although now i drop much better with my right... i used to drop the ball with two hands, had to learn to drop with my right... my kicking improved a lot...

was a left handed basketballer too...

everything else I do is right hand dominant... when i need to get off a handball of any distance, i need to handball with my right, as i don't have the strength in my left arm...

Me too. I still struggle to drop it properly with the left from a set shot or similar without having to rotate my hand outwards. Turning onto my left much better - famous left hook-footers.
