We've had to lift our game recently, always good to have friendly competition

Yeah you're 100% right I pretty much skip the footy shows these days. Collingwood, Richmond, Carlton, Hawthorn, Geelong love fests, it's infuriating. Only mention of Sydney is Franklin, who's by a mile the best player in the comp at the moment. AFL Ratings has him as the standout player by some distance.

But its not sexy to talk about Sydney in Melbourne. At least the Sunday Footy Show goes through each game.

The club also operates in a bit of a bubble and I suspect they're quite happy living that way.
