I'm sure the AFL will furnish us with multiple early picks bottled farts for our losses.

We may get compensated well. I think we could get overs for Duffin, who realistically would have been let go anyway. Lexi Hamilton is a bit of an unknown but Daria, on the back of some awesome highlights had a reputation bigger than the output which (like the team) was inconsistent this year. Group them together and it should net a decent pick. Fingers crossed that’s the last of the departures.

For North to make 6th spot and the finals, they need Geelong to beat Collingwood (again), and by a large margin. Then North must beat the Saints.
The total gap to be made up is about 88 points according to Brendan Rhodes - so, best case, Cats smash Pies by about 10 goals, and you beat the Saints by about 6 goals. If the Pies win tomorrow, Sunday is a dead rubber for North - but live for the Saints to steal a home final away from the Cats.
