Think Handscombe might be in the tried, failed, pass group.

I like that he's gone back to domestic level and churned out the runs. He definitely wasn't a complete failure at test level either, but agree they're probably not going to go back to him.

Although history tells you there's a bunch of players who made the most of second chances after churning out Shield.runs (Hayden, Langer, Martyn, Khawaja, Katich etc)

One of our best players of spin too

Between the Poms wasting two reviews on the nightwatchman and the Potts 102* wagon wheel from the broadcast, I've been in tears laughing multiple times. Good stuff
Two reviews on the night watchman? That is mind boggling!

Any series is a great series for head I'd think.
The way he goes about it . I do mean of course

Indeed. There was a a time where Head was quite inconsistent. Sometimes alot, sometimes nothing.

Now Head is just constant. It's glorious.

So what's the BF strategy from here? Bat all session, 100 or so lead and declare? Maybe get them in for 5 overs tonight? Or bat as deep as possible into tomorrow and biggest lead possible? Two days left so maybe try for decent lead if these two can stay in for a while longer.

The latter. This wicket will be pus in a few days with inconsistent bounce
