I'm not 100% sold on him yet but if the club has made the decision to go forward with him then it's hard to argue with their logic

Would be interesting to see how he goes coaching with a full list - Higgins, EVW, Daw, Jacobs all back

The injury list has been pretty bad the whole time Shaw's been in charge but it's actually at tipping point now - diabolical. 2 long haul road trips ahead and with some guys needing a spell but they will not get it.

I hope the club takes all that into account and appoints him soon.

Two with a performance trigger for a third would be fine.

I'd happily have a 3 year extension clause for a flag in the first 2 years.

Roos's true loyalty will always lie with Sydney, and for that reason I do not support him.

However, I strongly support acquiring a senior mentor for Rhyce, particularly when it comes to doing the media stuff.

The LAST thing we need is a young coach/media operator, who eventually morphs in to a media operator/coach a la Brad.

I STRONGLY prefer a true North person for that role.
