What exactly has Richardson done to deserve a spot before McDermott, Coulter-Nile and Faulkner?
Be in South Australia. Remember, the squad is only for the first two matches. Which means he'll be in the squad for one match, which is in Adelaide.

Take 10 wickets at 17 in 4 matches this season? 1 less than Faulkner who has played 5 and 2 less than Coulter-Nile who has played 5. 3 MORE than McDermott in 1 less game. Not hard to work that one out. What exactly has Richardson done to deserve a spot before McDermott, Coulter-Nile and Faulkner?

Thanks John InverarityActually, it's because the game is in Adelaide. Had it been in Perth NCN would have been called up; Hobart and it would have been Faulkner.

Yeah, not sure why he mentioned McDermott, he is having a shithouse season with the ball.Take 10 wickets at 17 in 4 matches this season? 1 less than Faulkner who has played 5 and 2 less than Coulter-Nile who has played 5. 3 MORE than McDermott in 1 less game. Not hard to work that one out.
If he performs well, he'll be in there longer than one match I reckon. He is one of the best limited overs fast bowlers in the country at present (outside of the current side).Be in South Australia. Yeah true. But being a part of the squad and seeing what the standard is like at International level, will definitely benefit him. He's a very slim chance of playing, though.

yeah, he's been average.I doubt Richardson will play so there was no point in flying a Faulkner or NCN over just to be twelfth man.
Looking forward to see how Cutting goes considering he hasn't really shown a lot in the Ryobi.
He's quite quick. He has lately been bowling up or close to 150k's. I think he can swing the ball both ways (not to sure, as I mainly see him play live at the ground than on T.V. So it's a bit hard to tell). But I'm pretty sure he does swing it. He's got all deliveries. Bouncer, yorker, slower ball etc. And got a bit of aggression. He hasn't got the opportunities in Shield cricket, he's only played 2 games this season. Not to sure why though. It's very good for him, but the fact the game is in Adelaide was certainly the deciding factor.
I assume you have seen a lot more of him than I have, can you give a bit of a run down on the type of player he is? Pace, swing, aggression etc? And why has this limited overs form not seen him take the Shield in a similar manner?
It will be interesting to see if the squad for next weekends games are picked around which sides are still in the Big bash??
Would prefer Cutting playing tomorrow
Oh and he's a pretty decent fieldsman![]()
.

As for your question about the shield form, 2 years old averaging 33 from 6 games when your home deck is Adelaide... He's doing all right.

Wouldn't be considered at full ODI strength IMO,The Heat have Cutting.
Christian would be lucky to make a squad of 25.![]()
