And you haven't made a counter argument to my point .......i explained why he had improved ....you've offered nothing as to why i was supposedly incorrect
It's not an argument on my end. I never said you were incorrect. You've added things like technique now to perpetuate a non issue. Move on. This is boring.

Hah, yeah, take that Jon Ralph. In your very-much-so-biased-against-Adelaide face.
He's just an awful journalist. Ralph Wiggum would be competent than him.

Couldn't agree more ....talentless moron who tries to trump up stories where none exist

It's not a matter of blind faith, it's a matter of how best to develop a very promising and talented young player.

There are things he needs to learn, starting with how to get more involved with the game and get more of the ball. I believe that the best place for him to do this is the SANFL.

Whilst i get the idea, and i do agree in the long run that he will need some time in the SANFL, i'd keep him in for Ports game.

There is a good chance he just got lost due to it being a high pressure game on debut, I'd give him it as a settler.

We have to invest games into Milera this season, seeing he's too talented to be sitting in the SANFL all season. How i'd do it is give him some high pressure games early (Us, Port and maybe next week as a minimum.) so he has an understanding how hard it is, then step him back if he's still struggling.

Vader and NTRabbit both you boys were pretty critical of Matt, care to comment?

Wasn't as stupid and costly as Brad's idiotic elbow, but it was still a bump that didn't need to happen, that turned the ball over when we were about to run it up the corridor. It's all well and good to complain that North players always throw their head back and roll around like a Brazilian striker, but it always wins them frees, so putting yourself in a position to let them do it isn't smart, especially when there were other options.

Milera should play SANFL until he's conclusively outperformed Mackay at AFL level. Then he can come in.

I also saw some shit kicks by senior players that didn't need to happen. At least he was trying to be physical

We lost, we are going to critique the game especially when selection was questioned before the game

Am still shocked that Hartigan didn't play... I didn't understand it Thursday evening when he wasn't named and sure as hell couldn't understand it watching the game on Saturday night...

Anyhow, surely he comes in this week. Would also love to see Knight and Menzel come in for those who shall not be named... I can't even bring myself to anymore. It's both boring and frustrating venting about how they are not quite up to standard...

Am still pretty bullish about this year. I though North were good and we were pretty average, so to run them so close away from home is relatively pleasing I suppose. We can win the next two to get our season up and running... Easy.

As I said, This is the result of the umpire blindly guessing because of the bump and waite going down. The umpire was in no position to see it clearly so I can't believe it was even a report. I hope the umpire is embarrassed about that.
He clearly guessed

Very interesting week at selection. I'd say Knight coming in is the only certainty at the moment.

I reckon we could go Hendo for Mackay, both play similar wing roles. Knight for VB would be my other swap.

Not sure how we structure up the defence, Hartigan is probably required especially against Port's tall forward line.

You could swap Hartigan for VB and push Cheney up the ground a tad.

Cameron another run in the magoos, back in McGovern and Milera again. Support our talent.

Nice to see all the guys on the fringe perform in the SANFL. CEY, Knight, Grigg, Beech, Hendo.

Agree with all that but Cameron is too good to leave out. He has that explosive pace and defensive pressure that we are crying out for. How we fit him in with Milera and McGovern is tricky.

I don't think we do fit them all in. Surely only 2-3 of Knight, Cameron, Menzel, McGovern and Milera play at any one time.
