Collingwood get another Dick.

Young Carltons HB Matthew Dick has found himself traded to Collingwood after the Magpies have singled him out as part of their ingenious attempt to get funny/immature names as the basis of success under Nathan "FIGJAM" Buckley.

Dick was apart of the deal that saw Jamie Elliot head to Collingwood for experienced campaigner Ed Curnow. Curnow will add some much needed grunt to a midfield that does need reinforcement. Collingwoods 3rd round pick (46) was sent to Carlton as well as some blunt steak knives.

Collingwood Nab Jones.

Collingwood would like to announce the signing of Melbourne's Captain, and all round good bloke, Nathan Jones for the next season. Nathan will provide more grunt and the trademark inspirational leadership this club next season. We sent young Tim Broomhead in the other direction and wish him well.

Lets bring in Nathan now.

*Crowd gasp as they see Matt Jones walk in with a shaved head, some bowling ball wax, a captains armband (as seen in soccer) and a "sleeve" of crudely drawn "tattoos" that looks like a 5 year old got a hold of a permanent marker*

It's amazing that Melbourne traded us Nathan only for a 3rd year player. Good to know they still like to give their best to Collingwood.
