I think the problem with Samson is he plays his best games when he's wither the #1 ruck or forward.

Dow is only gonna be on our list for a couple of years. Once Lalor, Smillie Hotton build up their tanks he won't be needed. He's only a stop hap at the moment.

Room for improvement is our defensive pressure , too often zero pressure on kicker going i50 putting a laces out pass onto forward , anyways much Improved performance , hope Harry is ok I think looked like cramp , really showing why he was rated such an elite talent

Special mention to Taranto and hopper who were much better today.

Agreed I tossed and turned going today , probably the stunning weather was decider so trekked in hoping for a competitive effort , I was 100% delighted with that and it got better the longer the game went

Today showed we can end the negative comments re Yze and the rest of the coaches. Well done played mostly til the end.

We still started with Taranto Hopper and KMac in the centre again and still preserved with Taranto and Hopper throughout the whole game. Clearly the coaches are locked in on the Melbourne midfield model and are to stubborn to do anything different. Hardly a masterful coaching display
