Prediction Round 16 Port Changes vs Crows

The Ken Zero **** show express is rapidly accelerating to destination f*****! This clown doesn’t know the first thing about player development.

Garner has been solid down back & his toughness would be an asset in what will be a heated contest.

To drop Ladham’s after one match played in deplorable conditions just makes no bloody sense. The big fella has immense talent & a good coach would give him a consecutive run of games to build confidence at AFL level.

Disappointed for Garner, because I thought he would have been the ideal opponent for Eddie Betsy, ala instructions along the lines of, I don't care if you don't get a kick as long as he doesn't get one either, but that would have been way too far from left field for our coach extraordinaire.

Bonner and Motlop should go halves in a ticket for tonight's X-Lotto, with their luck they would probably win it.

Players who were dropped:

Kane Farrell - 4 disposals, 2 contested possessions
Joel Garner - 9 disposals, 3 contested possessions
Willem Drew - 10 disposals, 5 contested possessions

The only one who was unlucky was Ladhams, who had 9 contested possessions. When Riley Bonner has more contested possessions than you (6), something is really wrong.

Motlop Better defensive pressure, greater desire , scares opposition

Easy choice
I hate to think that anyone would go to all the trouble of travelling from an opposite dimension and the first thing they did was post on Bigfooty

Are we rebuilding this team or not? If we are then why are we omitting young players who have shown promise? If we aren't then why are we so ****ing shit?

If I'm building a house, I make sure that the foundation is level first. If it's not, you can build whatever you like, but it will fall down under pressure.

If I'm building a house and after 7 years we're still talking about getting the foundations right, I'm long since looking for a new builder.

Ken has no idea. His prior selection of AJ and abandonment of Marshall and SPP in favour of Sam Gray and Motlop have proven that.

He’s like a video gamer mashing random buttons trying to unlock a cheat code he can’t compete without.

Fun fact: Scott Lycett has had 24 and 21 disposals over the last two weeks. Paddy Ryder has never had 21 or more disposals in a game even once in his entire 238 game career.

Means nothing , Lycett playing under new rule which allows ruckman to play with ball vs not

Really dumb comment

I don't rate him, that's my opinion. I think he just runs straight into his opponent and his ruck work has zero influence on the match. He is only effective when he catches the footy and takes it directly from the ruck. Yes he had a great game against Geelong because he was clearly stronger than Stanley and Blicavs.

Ryder is a Natanui style tap ruckman, Lycett in his best form is a Mumford style ruckman. You tell me who you would rather have in your side

Lycetts first quarter against Grundy, and last quarter vs Freo were the two worst ruck performances I have seen by a PAFC player since Jarrad Redden vs Sydney in 2015, and Cameron Cloke in the choco days.

I still think we will be looking back at the 5 year Lycett deal the same way we did for the 5 year Lobbe deal and many would have had the same argument for Lobbe. Hayes and Ladhams are developing so quickly that Lycett will probably become our 3rd ruckman next year and our highest paid SANFL player for 4 years

What great comments Lycett was a disgrace vs Port . Destroyed by fat 21 year old who made team only via Lobbs injury . Very same ruckman beaten up next two matches , dropped this week .

I've watched Lycett for years , got little

What am I looking at here?

Exactly how bad does Motlop have to be before he gets dropped? Meanwhile a promising kid like Garner can't play 2 games in a row - baffling is an understatement.

Garner is one of those players where stats dont tell the whole story. His pressure and attack places pressure on the opposition, denying them the ball and upsetting their forward movement.

Farrell on the other hand, although efficient, does require more possessions to impact the game. 10 or more possessions might result in 4+ goals but 4 possessions just isnt going to cut it.

True but I think we all know this dead weight will let us down.
Again.
I know that when I think my team is untrustworthy and inconsistent, the first person I’d want to rush back in to fix that would be Justin Westhoff

Hinkley is just a s**t coach.

Farrell tears a team a new arseh*le and before the whistle goes ken isolates him (a speedy smart forward with a great kick) 1 on 1 in the goal square. Totally ignoring that 1 on 1 standing under a high ball is the opposite of what Farrell is good at.

Then proceeds to give him assignments as a lock down forward defender.

Then drops him.

I’m baffled how he gets dressed in the morning.
Did that to butcher. Did that to Salter.

Motlop.

Hahahajaja

Bwahajajajan

Hajajakahakakakhahajaja. Bigger gold pass than the jokery depths of Chico or Primus.

I truly like Sam Gray, but we are now past Kane Mitchell level of what are we achieving here. And motlop is just hilarious.

Anyway, I don't give a flying. Hope we get SMASHED. Get that imposter out of the club

Lycett couldn't even lift his arm by 3/4 time against Freo. Burnt by Ken

I just can’t understand why we have to put up with this rubbish.
Bloody westhoff.
I love how he absolutely hangs all the kids for last week and leaves the likes of Motlop and Sam grey in the side.

Are we still talking about Joel Garner? He wasn't on our list 7 years ago.

Oh, you were making an unrelated point about Ken Hinkley. That's more like a builder who was given a rundown house 7 years ago, tried to fix it up over four years, realised that the foundations were poor and the beams were eaten away by termites and is now in the process of knocking down a room at a time because he still needs a place to live.
