Wonder how he rates the Carlton midfield we pantsed last week?

Honestly, this such a terrible take and even worse to double down on. Prestia, TT, Hopper and Nank match up well against pretty much every club, and then you’ve got the ability to chuck in Dusty, Bolton and Cotch which is an a grade midfield by itself.

So who goes to him?

Hopper or Pickett

Will be a tricky matchup for most teams at his size (bit like Cox) if he develops into a decent player at AFL level

His kicking is a bit hit miss. But he is a great mark. I think after last weeks game we felt we needed more marking and halving contests in our f50.

He is fit, tough as old oak, defensive and quick. The only reason I’d be against it is cos I think he is important for our structures with his defensive wing running.

Given the role he played in the VFL last week it's a good shout, especially given Hardwick said they want Nankervis playing 90% in the ruck.
