Actually now I'm wondering about Essendon's own form. Thrashing Carlton doesn't seem so impressive anymore. The only top four team we have played is Collingwood and West Coast. Lost one and West Coast had half their team missing.

Carlton's worst loss in years. We had no answers for the Saints talls and smalls up forward. Their whole forward line had a night out. How will go against West Coast, Hawthorn, Adelaide, any team with a real forward line? They will all tear us to pieces.
