yes and i think we can look forward to two excellent additions to our rnd 1 lineup as over the past week both our top two choices have confirmed their places as THE two most talented players in last years draft.

From the little I saw of the game, Andy Krakuoer impressed me even more ...

Krak was ok, he has very quick hands but i wish he would have a shot at the sticks a bit more than offloading a handpass. Take Phil Matera for example now there is a crumbing forward who is a ball hog.

Reality check

Yes he gets the ball with ease BUT he bombs away aimlessly.
No way can our list compete one on one and win upon receiving such a pass.
Although this is to be expected from such a youthfull player I would syill hold
the accolades off until such a time as he shows a degree of
accomplishment in his delivery.
Definitely can get the ball but is a little overwhelmed with the speed of
the big boys.
In time he will be what we want.

Were you watching another game or something? Krakouer was shocking. He looks slow and overweight. On that performance, he wont be getting too many games. He better improve or wallace will not keep him long.

Tambling will get better and better with time.

Tambling showed some good signs, plenty of touches and generally used it well. Didn't win much ball himself, was sitting back from the packs and receiving. I was thinking that his tendancy to kick it long and quickly to the forward line is a reflection on the tiger game plan, but wasn't suited to the all-stars as they had no big marking targets.

Krakouer was poor in the first half because he was playing a forward pocket and there were no big forwards to be crumbing off. Once he was put on the ball in the second half he got a lot better. Did a lot of little things like knocking the ball to advantage that didn't go down as a stat. Will be more effective at the feet of Stafford/Simmonds/Richo and as a useful midfield pinch-hitter.

Krakouer fat.

His arms and legs still look underworked but are a bit chubbier than last year and he has a bit of a beer gut.

Will still get a game given how pathetic we are but you won't be seeing him elevate his game to the midfield or anything. Forward pocket pretty much all year.

That's what you get when you reward mediocrity with a fat three year contract. Will we ever learn?

Its a shame the Krak still see's Danny and Anita for guidance and grounding.
No wonder he's a lazy, pudggy chubbo with skinny arms and legs,
any wonder with that cokhead still giving him advice.

Fukc Frawley and his fat cow wife.

Keep the Fukc away from our players and club.

You're not welcome.\

You never were.

ROFFLMLMAOOOOOOOO@Spud and the fatwoman.

Was it Frawley that helped organise a three year contract for the slacker? That's farrken disgraceful if he did.

The last thing you do with lazy players is give them long contracts.

Krakouer gives his all whilst on the field, but off it I doubt he does a thing but sink pi$s and eat one meal for the day - that being junkfood.

cum on we are getting a bit harsh on krak here. yes he may have put on weight but no need to say it like that, even if your not being serious

If you are serious about this comment then you know little about him and our new game plan.

What would you know about Krakouers' commitment to footy. From what i have seen of his preseason (playing to our game plan) he will probably be our most improved player.

What would I know about Krakouer's commitment to footy? I know that if you have a body like his after more than 5 years of AFL footy under your belt you aren't doing what is necessary to get the most out of yourself.

He will probably be our most improved player? Well, maybe he will, but if he is, it will have more to do with his natural talent and a game plan suited to his style of play than it has to do with his commitment to footy.

All the same I doubt he will be our most improved. He was meant to be our most improved player the last 3 years and people have been talking him up at the start of every year like this is going to be his year. It's never happened. We have seen a bit of improvement but pretty much its been the same old Krakouer.

Given the shape he was in in the All-Stars game I doubt he can hold down a midfield position in the team and more likely than not we will see him getting the same ten touches and laying a few tackles per match in the forward line.

What has he done that is so special at training that leads you to believe that he will be the most improved?

I think he'll be a good player, but not a star. I am concerned about the size of the contract they signed him to, I thought we were trying to get away from overpaying players?
