Is there an issue with Blacks being shot by cops in America? No, the evidence actually contradicts these point of view.
More whites get shot by cops in the USA than Blacks (even when you account for demography/police interaction).

In US police shootings 3% of the 'victims' are unarmed (same for blacks and whites).

This was bound to happen, eventually. The anger was palpable and growing after the Ferguson incident. Looking at the suspect photo I wonder if the shooter/s were ex military or on leave? Or even rogue cops themselves, like Chris Dorner?
