Was being played out of position. We've tried to turn him into an "outside" mid. His strength is at the coal-face. He's on old fashioned centreman

If that's the case he won't make it AFL level for us then because we have way too many of those ... you could argue Michie is just as effective as old fashioned Centreman
Needs to be able to play wing or HF like Kent, Harmes, Kennedy etc

Gee, fair to say we've got a fair bit of depth with inside mids. ANB, Newton, Trenners, Brayshaw and VDB still to come in.

He can but he'll return to the 15-25 range you referred to. As does Kent, Harmes & Kennedy.

I think he's a bit quicker that Michie & has better hands. Useful around goals too

Sorry i haven't posted much, been busy doing bulldogs stuff. Boys get on the Casey train massive game this weekend against Box Hill on saturday night.
A win against Box Hill will show the league we are the real deal. Your depth is perfect this year, congrats to your recruiting staff on draft day.

Good to be back. This weekend is perfect for me since Casey on sat and Footscray on sunday.
Hopefully no Casey vs Footscray Grand final hahaha

Tim Smith named in the VFL 25 man side to take on SANFL.
Tim is a 24 year old key forward that is playing higher up the ground due to Melbournes talls and is killing it so far this year. His attack around the contest is causing massive mismatches for other teams and allowing our mids to take advantage and help set up goals.

I always see him as more of a mid size forward. 192cm but built decently

Grimes has had sustained bad performance at afl level. Same with Terlich.
Dunn had one very bad game (along with half the squad) but has played very well at Casey.

I thought he had a bit of size about him, well over six foot? I'd slot him in well ahead of Garland. Jetta has been great this year, Hunt has added some much needed run and pace and Wagner has shown a bit. Otherwise our backline has been pretty shit ie Salem, Dunn, Garland, H, TMAC...
