I hope we move her to HFF... in a 'AN-B' type role... defensive half-forward.

She is fumbly most of the time, when in tight.

I would prefer her to use the toe-poke kick a lot more, to win some more time and space to pick up the ball.

Really shits me with the unfortunate nature of Chaplin. Stand out, one of our best defenders the last two years. Gets injured before finals and misses a bulk of them. Would be so frustrating

A couple of times she used her frame to shepherd so that Heath and McNamara could get to the ball . I thought throwing Harris into the ruck at the start of the 3rd Q opened up some space down forward and made our forwards more dangerous. We will be underdogs on Saturday , against a team that’s been unbeaten all season. Will be tough no matter how we line up TBO .

On defensive half-forwards, this is where I want to see McNamara on a flank. McNamara's miscued handballs in our back 50 hurts us, and brings a level of panic to what should be composed plays exiting our D50.

I would prefer she tries the hand-balling inside our own F50 where panic ball can work in our favour.

I think Gall can do this well enough.

It used to be Zanker, but she became so good at physicality, she now has taken over from Harris as deep forward.

I think Zanker and Gall, plus Harris coming thru there, is more than enough as targets.

Bannan: she's got legs, and has to use them.!

Feels a bit like a free hit this game. Doubt we'll win but a good chance to test the side against the best to do it. We've got a fairly young group bar a couple so will hopefully be good experience.
Will need to shoot the lights out to win so the forwards better pack their kicking boots
 
Unlikely, but i would celebrate a Carlton like 1999 prelim upset like a grand final
 
Not gonna take it to seriously today, kick back and see how we go. As long as we don't get dogged by umpiring i am happy to be beaten by a better side if we have a crack

Decent start but we've seen from the last two games, doesn't mean much if we don't go on with it
 
North seem a little offset at the moment, they will respond you'd expect and flex. But a lot of complaining to the umpires so far
