It’s the case of if the company wants to teach me how to do rosters or train a store manager from another store to use our other POS system and how our store works.

When you address the selection criteria for the 3+ experience use the experience you currently have - don’t mention what you don’t have. You can do that should you get to interview stage

How can I stop flies gathering underneath my patio? I got one of those traps you fill with water, but it only works on the big blowflies - the little bastards seem to avoid it completely and they make up the bulk of them. I don't like the fly tape because I've seen birds get caught in it. Any other suggestions?

If the fly tape has an attractant on it, make it bird safe with a couple of pieces of timber either side so birds can't get to it.

I don't think it's a slur, I think people mostly just avoid it because it's an exonym and in recent years it's become generally regarded as more polite to use endonyms to refer to marginalised/indigenous groups

probably not something you'd name a band these days (especially if you were trying to crack the North American market) but also probably not bad enough to merit changing the name of a band that hasn't released any new material in 10+ years
