No way. Vickery was a bad signing but you can't give him $500K to walk away. At best he's depth.

I'm willing to give Miles another year. Had a couple of reasonable patches in games to date and still needs to fill out.

The one you missed is O'Rourke. Out of contract I believe.

Of the uncontracted players:

Sicily- Keep no explanation needed.

Hendo- Keep as he has been a handy player. Was poor last night but overall solid.

Hartung- Keep. Has improved and was good last night until the final two possessions. Wouldn't surprise if asked for a trade if he reads BF though. Some on here are never happy even when he does good things throughout a game with a few errors.

Lovell- Keep. Unlucky with injury this year but is worth another 2 years to see if he reaches his potential.

JOR- One year extension with option for second if he plays enough games.

Pitto- Must keep.

Kiwi- Keep as KPD is important.

Stewart and Miles- Keep only one of this pair for mine. Miles has shown more at AFL level so I'd lean towards him.

Willsmore- Gone or rookie

Duryea- Hardwick has taken his spot down back and he doesn't win enough ball as a forward. Probably gone as FA.

Schoey- Get Gunston and Rioli back into the forward line and Schoey becomes more dangerous. Great link player. Keep for mine.

Rookies:

Fitz and Surman both gone

4 gone- Hodge, Gibbo, Willsmore and Stewart with maybe a couple of others.

Reckon we get at least two FA/trades. Rocky, Motlop and Lever have all been offered deals with us.

It's funny how just a few weeks ago everything was going great. Shoey was playing great "straightening us up going forward", "they said we had no depth, look at the kids now!". Then we lose to Carlton which puts any slim hopes of playing finals in 2017 right out the door.

With TO and Siss coming on and Ceglar likely to be back swapping with McEvoy between FF and the ruck, as well as Gunners also able to go forward with the return of Birch, Stratts and Frawley, is there a role for Schoey going forward?

We are lucky if he takes one contested mark a game, with most others coming ont he lead. His greatest strength is his kicking, but we don;t see enough of it when he plays up forward. If McGovern moves to Freo as rumoured, I would certainly see if the Crows would part wiht their second pick for him...
