Perhaps Billy is potentially being delisted because the club put a 2 year $275k a year deal in front of him and he would not sign it, hence the club has no choice but to delist him,

If he refuses an offer, he is not a DFA
If we don't make an offer, he is.

First list lodgement date is 31 October 2017.
The Club historically does not provide delistings early. Except it on Friday afternoon or Monday.
