Yeah I totally agree mate, he definitely proved his worth to us this year but realistically that's all we'd get for him.

WCE outplayed us three quaters to one quarter.
Yet even so we were within a kick of a flag.

Credit to West Coast they beat our ruck play, our mids overall, as they did to Max Gawn particularly and Melbourne overall.
West Coast beat us the three games we played them. They are a worthy premier.

There is an opposition so unsure how you get defeatism out of that.
They played better, that is credit to them.

Maintained same averages over the season whilst other mids stepped up, with his best clearances numbers in at least 4 years. Amazing what you can learn from statistics.

Actually clearances were slightly down on 2017, and pretty much all of his stats were down from last 4 years. Except for clangers that is. But I suggest you watch a few games ftw.

Damian Barrett has heard nothing of the Langdon to Freo rumour. Please remember it is just a rumour, arising mostly out of the fact his brother is there.

Well Dunn and Scharanberg done there ACL's and Miocheck seeem to be up Forward and I don't have High Hopes of Madgen

Its a bit misleading though - Scharenberg and Dunn fear from certainties to get back, especially in 2018. Mihocek unproven in defence. Magden probably a few seasons off.

Adams has shown he can get the job done when he's on the park. Instant upgrade on Goldsack and MAdgen who were our only two fullbacks going into the finals.

Silly season is here. Thoughts so far.

May - Honestly dont know what we would need to give. Im guessing a player and a pick AT LEAST if not our first rounder and future 2nd. Its going to be a really hard deal to get done without losing something quality. Getting any of our players to agree to be traded to gold coast is going to be very very hard.

Langdon - Not sure why he would want to move to WA. Not sure what money we have offered but surely 400-500 is around the mark. Pies always look after their loyal players post football and im sure langdon will be the same if he stays.

Adams - Really good player. Obviously May is first choice. Would rather a more experienced option but limited choices.
