No you have it all wrong.Ch 10 also reported, he wanted live/be close to his neice and nephew in western Victoria, so obviously we were never a consideration.
LOL. Yep, thats the reason he chose Geelong over us.Ch 10 also reported, he wanted live/be close to his neice and nephew in western Victoria, so obviously we were never a consideration.

Just reporting on the reporting ....LOL. Yep, thats the reason he chose Geelong over us.
Could we talk about Matt RowellHow can we get Pies supporters stirred up at this time of year...link them to a big fish they have no hope of getting. Joke you guys keep falling for it. We might as well talk about hypothetically picking up Bontempelli while we are at it.
Yes, I know. He couldnt very well come out and tell the truth, its not the done thing.Just reporting on the reporting ....
A well run club will hold onto their starts, and recruit others from other clubs. We are not a well run club.
I'd be looking through the State Leagues before CamI don't really want him either but if we're a bit short on tall forwards (pardon the pun) then a cheap as chips deal for McCarthy wouldn't be the end of the world.
If there was another DFA out there worth looking at or a potential overlooked draftee (perhaps a state league mature ager) worth throwing a rookie pick at then throw their name in there instead.
there’s a lot of reason there for Sidey Pendles Treloar Howe Moore etc to have left or never joined the club - so I’m tipping again that you’re off the mark.
Yes, we wouldnt want to become a destination club, would we? That would never do.I’m not buying it. Players can’t wait to get out of badly run clubs. eg Essendon.
Look after your best players and they’ll look after you - first rule of player management for any well run club.
Ok, but Cameron and Daniher want a career out of the spotlight (in their private lives) that we can’t offer them. Cameron would have been great but I’m not convinced on Daniher’s fitness.
No thanks on Brown. He’s finished imho
So its now being revealed we offered Cameron more $$ and a longer contract. But he didn't want to live in Melbourne.
I doubt she's in "match condition"On a related note,I wonder what ever happened to Heather Locklear? You never seem to hear about her anymore.I hope she’s all right.I was looking forward to her starring in the reboot of T.J Hooker.

He’ll have some good extractors to get him the ball next year is the difference.
And I won!!!!Plot twist: John and Doc are the same person and they are having a fight against themself.

You can spin it any way you like but the facts speak for themselves - we really struggle to ever lure a big fish at the peak of his powers away from a rival club. When was the last time we pulled off a genuine recruiting coup? Jolly & Ball?
The only time we land anyone big (eg Treloar, retaining Grundy) is by overpaying in picks and/or dollars, out of sheer desperation.
Thank god for father-son. It’s the only form of recruitment that we’re any good at.
