I will say what I want. Who made you king dick?

If you don’t like it you know where the ignore button is.

I’m not going to be calm about the current sh*t show that we have become.

You'd be great in a crisis. 👍

He either gets a contract extension and we get to see him butch the ball for another year or he gets delisted? Am I following right?
If you call 78% efficiency average butchering the ball, but your really showing your lack of knowledge there.
As far as a contract, the coaches have a large say in the make up of their squad so think about it,
A player comes back from a ,12 month injury and does running in rehab, he gets 1 week of training with the team and 1 inter scratch match and is put into the team.
He is put on some of the oppositions strongest small forwards and does ok
He is 5 games in and still getting picked in the 22 before more experienced defenders and performing better than some.
So you either think you know more than the football department and coaches at North or your a f....king idiot.
My money's on the latter.

This board is bizarro land sometimes. Bagging the crap out of 5 gamers, yet happy to watch the same plodders rack up over 100 games of utter garbage and then get all up and about when the same plodder plays one average game.

I would think that we would at least give the kid 50 games before putting him on the scrap heap.

This kid has made a few mistakes with the ball in his hand trying to make something happen, give me that anyday over a crab that plays it safe and makes mistakes anyway.

This last month of performances has been utterly pitiful; if you went by the scoreboards you wouldn't think it, but it's quite possibly the worst run of four games we've put up in over a decade for sheer lack of energy, effort or some semblance of a workable gameplan. All of that should be particularly concerning given that our best performances under Shaw to date relied on high pressure and physicality, yet at the moment opposition teams repeatedly stroll out of the centre or our forward line and create scoring opportunities with ease, whilst we just... what, kick it long down the line every time? Our kick-to-handball ratio tonight wasn't far off 2:1 - sure, it was clearly slippery and slightly damp, and I don't want a return to handpassing in circles in the back pocket either, but that stat embodies something that's obvious anyway, which is that we've just looked totally directionless and basic since the GWS win.

Some players played alright for us tonight, indeed some have done for the entire month (Goldstein, Simpkin, McDonald...), but it's hard to care too much for minor positives when the energy, strategy and execution are all so conspicuously absent. I had hoped the loss to Geelong last year (where we only kicked one goal and changed practically nothing all game in response to being so uncompetitive) was an aberration, but these last four games are in ways reminiscent of that one, and whilst it's still early in his coaching tenure, I need to see something from Shaw that suggests these kind of steadily insipid displays are unacceptable and being remedied. Poor disposal and younger players making mistakes is one thing, but continually giving barely a whimper as the same structural problems manifest themselves match after match is much more damning, and it's hardly unreasonable to expect the workrate to lift immediately.

Also....

The whole rivalry thing looks stupid on our end when it’s mainly talked about from our side and then we go on to have sh*t performance.

This faux rivalry being promoted by the club is pure cringe.

Let the players/supporters quitely have a rivalry (if there even is one, I don't think there is for the majority), but the coach and social media spouting 'that team' BS and promoting a rivalry is just embarrassing.

Well anyway that was s**t.

Now I could give you all a breakdown of my views. Shaw’s Press Conference. Campbell Playing. Hall’s inability to hit a target by foot. Blah Blah Blah.

I’m off to Youporn to crank myself silly. Have a Good Night. :stern look

It is extremely depressing that for the fourth straight year, our season is done by round 6.
On available evidence, a change of President, CEO, senior coach, and assistant coaches, have done nothing to improve our on-field situation.
In recent weeks there is little to hang our hat on, and the state of our list indicates there is more pain to come.
I'm so disappointed with where we are at.

Campbell is not a terrible footballer at all. He is a solid back up ruckman, not a forward.
Scott, Shaw, and all our fans should be able to see this.
Well obviously they don’t, otherwise the two dickheads that have a big say in him playing wouldnt have picked him to play as a forward?

I get this feeling that Tom is one of those great clubman that is well liked by the group and gives it his all. Maybe they feel obliged to give him a game because of what he brings to the group? They won’t play him in the ruck, because we have one of the best in the comp, so they stick him up forward, cross their fingers and hope something will happen. Well its been tried twice now and if there is a third time god help us, we have just employed a dud.

Surely after tonight Campbell is only ever break glass in case of emergency.
