The stewing and doing better aren't a hand in hand thing, you get that right? how many times have you seen a player mess up or make a bad error and that continues through the rest of the game?

Dyson being jovial with him, when they know each other well, may be what Merritt needs in that instance. The other younger players would know this also.

Maybe you're right. Whatever we're doing seems to be working, and we have solid leadership and culture, so having a giggle after every stuff up is obviously the right way to go.
