It's gone out the window round 1!? Every match the weaker player goes to ground as soon as they feel any contact and they still get the free. I thought we wanted to see strength battles and contact allowed in marking contests and more 1 on 1s. The umpires applied the rule correctly in JLT , but round 1, soon as someone goes to ground from ANY contact they get the free.
It's like the rule doesn't exist and was never brought in.
