About blummin' time Makkum did something loony. He's been way too normal for my liking this season.

Now that's out of the way, I'd say "Beware of the Saints" for the remainder of 2001! ;)

Lock the bloody losers in the stadium for the night.

Quite frankly I've had enough.

Although I'm not sure what's more embarrassing, St Kilda's fade outs or JUBJUB's attempt at humour

Sainter,

That's easy, our fade outs are far more embarassing, frankly while our mob continues to play for less than 4 (FOUR) quarters we/they deserve severe p1ss taking. Bloody good and well if the coach is the one to bring that messsage home to the players.

Re JUBJUB's humour: that's the first laugh I've had for a couple of hours & nobody could deny that we make pretty good targets.

Sainter - Blight is probably thinking 'there is a method in my madness' and that by humiliating the players, they will never want to be in the same situation again in the future. Better luck for Round 11 mate.

Things just couldn't get worse for them - next week they play against and Essendon team, that will make sure they don't lose two in a row.

Remember, what happened to the last time that played Essendon after they lost the previous week - an 80 point hiding.

Some interesting comments from the huge gathering of people ready to share their advice with Blighty after the game. I remember one bloke asking, "Putting this down to another learning curve Malcolm?" . I think that's fair enough, to be comfortably infront two weeks in a row and to get flogged isn't a learning a curve - it's a lack of ticker. They may take a lot of of the game, but it doesn't mean anything is gonna change until Blight instills a game plan for when things go pear shape. How many games have the saints been in the hunt and then go down. To say the fans have had a gutfull is an understatement, as showed by the huge out pouring of emotion/abuse/criticism of the players as they entered the race. St.Kilda fans are the most loyal and patient in the league, but last night was the straw that broke the camel's back. If abusing your own team seems unfaithful or wrong, try sitting through both of these games and then you'll appreciate how guttered we were all feeling after the game.
