Wow what a zinger. Equal points (and a better percentage only by virtue of double ups against West Coast and North) and two losses head to head against us before being bundled out in week one of the finals in the most humiliating circumstances.
Still that’s probably a triumph by the low, low bar Carlton sets and accepts these days.

Fixed. And who can explain a modern wonder like that. 40 and 2 goals! If Patty Cripps ever did that the umps would contrive a way to give him 10 votes for it instead of the standard 3 votes appearance fee he gets most weeks.
