Can we = yes . Will we = who knows , they set a very high bar v Canada . Need to replicate that performance .

And doing so with some gutsy play - South Africa and Nigeria haven't been afraid to attack; Jamaica parked the bus a lot but credit to them for the discipline.

Japan are decent so not surprising they're through but they've dominated their games so far. Flogged Spain.

Gave Denmark plenty of ball but they never looked too dangerous outside the first 5 of each half. Impressive at taking our chances cleanly

Where the posts today? Easily the best part of my Saturday watching them get up. Watched Melbourne play on delay and i was so happy hearing the MCG crowd react to the penalties in our game. Amazing night

Was awesome, but the awfulness of our game started so immediately that I totally forgot about it tbh

Was on such a high after that result only to move straight into watching the dees fumble the footy for two hours, rough.

Amazing finish. Watched at a pub with a big group, needed a bloody lie down after that. Didn't have the energy to watch our game immediately

Also feels very cool the kind of shared moment of everyone in the country all watching together getting behind them; feels very wholesome.
