Don't agree with Snyder at 8 or Jones at 2. Yeah Jones has won 2 SBs and both may be good on business side but where it counts (on the field) I think they've had too big a say. If they'd left some of the decisions to football people they would have been better off. e.g Snyder's obsession with paying big money for big names, the Zorn situation when he got the job. Jones taking on players with character issues.

Davis, Brown and Ford clearly the pick of the worst, closely followed by York and Lerner.
