Hi all, you are allowed 3 predictions on the AFL 2023 season and have until the season start date when the thread will be locked. Then we'll come back and see how right you were.

1) GWS will be better than predicted (9-12th position)
2) Curnow won't win the Coleman
3) 2 Swans to make AA team this year

Great idea Ticky!

1. Fremantle will be in the GF but won't win it.
2. Hawthorn won't be in the bottom 4.
3. George Hewett will take Carlton to top 4.

3) St Kilda will struggle to get people turning up to their games as they wallow in the depths of mediocrity.

Hindsight or prediction.... you've gone the very safe route there

Premiers - Brisbane
Brownlow - Touk Miller
Norm Smith - Gulden

Yes, that means a Sydney/Brisbane GF, the joyous by-product being countless Vic 'big club' melts but a thrilling and close grand final loved by all the people who count. Although, I reserve the right to be a bit sad too

1. Swans vs. Pies Grand Final - Sydney to win in first ever extra time decider

2. Crows Top 4

3. Talk of Tasmanian team put to rest for now, although lowly clubs warned to improve performance on and off the field, or face the same fate as Fitzroy, opening the door for Tasmania to enter as a new 18th side

I don't think my heart or the streets of Melbourne are ready for this

1 Essendon make the 8, Collingwood miss out
2 Dean Cox and Don Pyke are talked up mid-season as potential WCE coaches as the Eagles flounder
