I like that you think Billings is a bolter.

Well, put it this way - he had a solid season last year but nowhere near AA contention or level. He gets run down a lot on the main board because of who was picked immediately after him in the draft, and his 2016 goal kicking probably didn't help.

Put it this way - how surprised would you be if he was named AA this year?
