" Recent years"
They've missed finals in recent years because they've dropped the ones they should've won but the ones they've won have been against top sides. They also have no issue beating us anymore.

Last year where they just missed finals they lost twice to GWS and Collingwood, lost to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Geelong, Bulldogs, but oh yeah they beat West Coast twice, Hawks, North ... yep they're real giant killers.

The years before that they barely beat anyone so not even worth checking. In 2022 they won 8 games so they didn't just "miss finals".

It is anooying because they are just mid table rubbish yet we play like rabbits against them, we are notorious for turning to putty when expectation is there & they probably build up Showdowns too much.. it's a perfect marriage of mediocrity at the moment, I wonder if they'll watch the Showdown at training again this week lol.

The crows are playing pretty good footy tbh, top 8 level atleast - badly let down by earlier results. Its a very obvious example of just how ******* badly coached we are and the underachievement.

Interesting to see how the Crows manage Himmleberg, going fwd.
Hes forced his way into the senior side.A numder of times in the last couple of years.
While not looking like a future star of the game.Does look like hes got something to offer at AFL level.Thought he was reasonable today .As he has been before in the seniors, side.
But normally ends back up in the Sanfl team.Where he just goes around in circles.
Recon hes quiet tradable if the Crows put him on the trade table.A few teams would have a crack at him.

Ben Dixon 1064 watts, Ruby Schleicher (AFLW) 800 or so on the bike max power output. One is a retired male 46y old hasnt exercised in over 15 years. The other is an elite womens athlete in her prime.

Andrew Gaze at 58 years old and hardly exercises, was even in punching power with the current world number 2 woman boxer.

Goes to show the sheer difference in physiology and output between AFL and AFLW, even if AFLW reaches its absolute peak in professionalism.
