Just stopping by to say, playing Geelong at home is never easy, but it is impossible when you get that umpiring performance.

Port was robbed of this game. They were the better team and deserved to win. They got screwed by the umpires.

Polec and Wines were superb. SPP is going to be a very, very good player.

Umpires were atrocious most of he night. Dixon aside, How Robbie only received two free kicks for the game is beyond me.

Book, HAmmer, and Jackson were awful and didn't give a yelp for most of the night.

Most gave their all and can be proud of their efforts, especially Wines, SPP, Ryder and Polec - they busted a gut all night long.

We had a decent run early with the umpires then got raped when it mattered most.

Boak & Hartlett are an embarrassment to out Club. Neither are AFL standard and Boak is plain scared. He looks, he avoids, he short steps, he is a nothing player whenever it's tough.

I don't blame Westhoff any longer for being the most mentally fragile thing I have ever seen. I blame Hinkley. Hinkley just won't change anything at anytime apart from putting a extra/s behind the ball or a extra around the contest. Westhoff can not ever be in a position forward of centre. Play him down back or don't play him at all.

Sam Gray is pointless as an AFL player.

We have a squad that's more than capable but a coach who is timid. Timid in selection, timid to make a move and after tonights press conference I'd say timid to speak out against the crap we have to put up with time and time again because Ken is more worried about being good mates with the Victorians rather than sticking up for the Club that gave him a chance, provided him with every single thing a senior coach could ever want and pays him massive amounts of money.

I haven't been this disillusioned, this upset and this angry over a game for some time.

I don't come here often, and I'm not looking for likes, but just wanted to say if that was Tex in that exact situation we'd be melting Big Footy. You were absolutely reamed by the umpires. I can only hope our club brings that physicality when we get our crack on Friday night.

I'm not quite angry enough to say that I hope your mob wins next week. But if a Crows player gets in a fight with Selwood, I hope he knocks his ****ing head off.

Thought we had plenty of chances to ice the game but just failed under pressure like we have so many times under Hinkley. Dixon clearly took too long. While technically correct I've never actually seen them call play on before. I wish we had a captain like Selwood. Boak is spent as a leader and a player.

Special mention for Polec. Absolutly kept us in the game. What a star.

But everyone blaming ken and the players for that can eat a dick.

We 100% win that game if the last quarter wasn't blatantly rigged.

Trengove.. i dunno what hes doing but hes not a makeshift forward. Looked good when he was in the ruck. He needs to go back and stand the gorilla forwards ffs. Hombsch, clurey, jonas et al are triers but theyre just too goddamn small.

I've seen us lose too many close games over the past years and it doesn't get any easier.

Too gutted to write something rationale. Apart from the umpiring all I can think of are our so called veteran players who have been around and still are mentally fragile individuals and it will hold us back as a team no matter how talented they are.

The umpiring clearly cost us goals in the last quarter. It is undoubtable that it impacted the result. However we still had our chances and we didn't take them. We've clearly got a mental issue in the tight games and it can only be broken by winning a close game.

Sorry but no point blaming umps- that's for losers. They were all over us for long periods and only their inaccuracy kept us in it. We could never get our run going and if you can't stop Dangerwood you don't win.

Would have been a famous win but I didn't think we deserved it. Our composure when it counted was poor.
