I think he was much better last year, got more of the ball and laid more tackles, and was able to evade opposition players a lot better than he has today. He seems to get caught with the ball way too easily, which makes you think he's never going to be a good midfielder at AFL level. Look at how Laverde evades players and you can see he has better awareness and plays more like a mid than Langford.

Edit: actually, he's had a shitload of the ball today.

Too many VFL boys giving us nothing out there, except for Hind and Younan. Even Fennell has given it away all day.

Not enough natural runners out there to create space or apply pressure when they’ve got uncontested possession.
