I don't think out of contract/in contract means anything these days. It's not exactly a big difference between just pick 26/28 alone honestly.

We've done quite a few trades recently in good terms, you wouldn't want to let's say let Langdon go to the draft for pick 26 and deal in bad faith for not wanting to give up a small sweetener right

Or... you can just have 33. Anything after 40 this year is of near zero value to us as we would have already taken our required picks by then. 26+28 are our Blakey picks.
