Holman has been good. Has already applied 10 pressure acts (2nd most behind Greenwood with 12). Also 2nd most tackles. He doesn't get a lot of the ball, but he uses it well when he gets it (100% DE so far) and does the hard stuff and defensive stuff. He's not getting dropped anytime soon the way he's playing.

Holman is probably leading the team in pressure acts this season (would certainly be leading it as far as forwards go). Not all your forwards need to attacking. He doesn't need to win a lot of the ball or kick a lot of goals to be effective; that's not his role. He's playing his role, and probably right up in the B&F votes right now.
