He played some wing for Sydney, but I couldn’t give a toss what the former club did, not playing Dawson on the wing has been the dumbest coaching move of the year, at least Crouch on the wing only lasted a quarter otherwise that would have taken it out.

Think we need to target a genuinely good HB to save us from our own stupidity (our rebounding HB depth is very poor beyond plugging Dawson down there, Smithers is cooked and Parnell’s still got a way to go)

Draft picks are overrated... especially if our recruitment department uses them.... you can get a high draft pick with still high potential right now with a few years development ... sure use a bit of unused cap space.... or take a risk with even more unknowns....

We've been watching rankine for a while now ... I'll take him without question. No matter what you do... everything is a risk reward scenario... sometimes it works out, sometimes not.

Keays will be good next year…

in the SANFL setting the standard for our young players.. showing them how much effort and tenacity is required to reach the top level.

will be the perfect role for him moving forward.. if we cant find another club that wants him (which is likely)..
