This is incorrect. John Greening had 46 possessions and 6 goals. Should be in all the clubs

I just looked him up...

That incident that cost him 2 years, really glad that sort of thuggery is out of the game.

He never recovered from that incident, was never the same. Easily the most talented and gifted Collingwood player I have ever seen. More talented than old man Daicos.

Jack Billings with 30 and 5 in a win over Carlton only served to make the rest of his career even more frustrating as he has ability but has never lived up to it

40 and 4 is rarer. I doubt Heeney gets that one.

I was mainly joking.

I know it is coming up with random stats and if you bring enough stats into it you can make any player look unique and special but apparently Heeney is the only player in AFL/VFL history to get 30+ disposals, 5 goals and 12 clearances in a match.

I was taking the piss too.

I'd still like to see 60 and 6 one day.

the first 30 & 5 to jump to mind for me as a reference point was Cooney against the Crows in R20 2006 (kicked the winner there too).

first time he had 30+ or 4+ in a game, and in a pivotal game too (1st v 8th, just about qualified them for finals, the Cats-Demons draw sealed it). West got the 3, Johnno a 0 (both were Brownlow contenders).
