If you're looking at someone's post count rather than the content of the post then that probably says more about how you look at things rather than me.

You aren’t a Richmond supporter, you’re someone on an alt account.

You wouldn’t have been banned otherwise.

If you want to voice an opinion on us, go on your real account and do it. Don’t pretend to be a concerned Richmond supporter.

GWS has injuries too. Kelly and Greene.
WC applied a close tag on Coniglio, Hutchings.
Greenwood always tags Martin.
However, we seem to allow De Goey to run rampant, nine goals in two matches.
Some people are calling for radical changes to our system, I don't necessarily agree.
It is early days yet.
Clarkson more or less maintained the same system to achieve 3 flags.

Agree. We dont need a new system - people are melting too much.

We have T.Lynch and Weller in our fwd line now, both new to the club - its not inconceivable(nor an excuse) to think that they dont have the defensive running patterns down pat yet and thus our pressure and structures are breaking down a little.

Not sure I get your point but whatever, I'm not sure why I should need to justify my supporter status to you

Dig up buddy, dig up.

And maybe big Mummy will be playing. Will Soldo play?

Excluding the 2017 Prelim, both H&A games that year Soldo played with Nank when Mummy did. Mummy didn't play last year and Soldo also didn't get a gig in that GWS game.
Nank is too important to have that oversized dirty gorilla smashing into him, and he'll snap Balta in half at the center bounce.that

I reckon Mumford could blow up without any games in him.
Nank could do some damage in junk time

I agree he'll blow up, I'm just worried r3 and the toll on Nank as Mummy likes to play things rough and dirty.
Around the ground Nank will slaughter him, center bounce is the worry

Even with Greene they play 4 talls in the fwd line. I'd start Balta in the backline. Garth on the bench. Markov stays for another crack at it. Moore for JR. Ross for Weller & I'd like to drop Butler too. But the INs have virtually no experience so thats more than enough. I'd like to see Stack tried at half back in the next few games.

And Soldo is big enough that the sausage eater won't be able to push him around.

Problem with our changes is there are probably half a dozen we should make but you dont want that many changes in one week. Hard to build consistency and continuity with wholesale changes to the 22.

Two forced changes already and we probably need a couple more based on the situation and form.

Balta, Garthwaite Houli peobably need to come into the defence, with Moore coming in to play 2nd tall. Then you could argue one of Bolton or Baker should get a crack instead of Butler.

Commiserations on the loss.

Here are the midfield frequency stats from the match, in case you missed one of these posts from the 2nd half of last season, this is an overall summary of how often players started as one of your 5 mids at centre bounces. I'll be posting these after all of Richmond's FTA matches.

Overall Summary (30 Bounces)

Cotchin 23
Martin 22
Prestia 22 (11i, 11w)
McIntosh 22 wing
Graham 18 (11i, 7w)
Lambert 15 (9w, 6i)
Edwards 14
Weller 4 wing
Rioli 4 wing
Higgins 3
Butler 1 wing
Markov 1 wing

Unidentified Player 1 wing

Ruck:

Nankervis 23 (Grundy 25)
Riewoldt 7 (Cox 5)

1st Half Breakdown (14 Bounces):

Martin 12
Prestia 11 (6w, 5i)
McIntosh 11 wing
Cotchin 9
Graham 9
Lambert 6
Edwards 4
Higgins 3
Weller 2 wing
Rioli 2 wing
Butler 1 wing

Nankervis 14
Riewoldt 4

2nd Half Breakdown

Cotchin 14
Prestia 11 (6i, 5w)
McIntosh 11 wing
Martin 10
Edwards 10
Graham 9 (5w, 4i)
Lambert 9 (5w, 4i)
Weller 2 wing
Rioli 2 wing
Markov 1 wing

Unidentified 1 wing

Nankervis 13
Riewoldt 3

Notes:
- Lots of change since last week, including the dropping of the mid off the back of the square role, Prestia's wing starts increasingly considerably and Edwards losing all wing starts.
- The last time Lambert finished as a top 6 mid in an analysed game was Rd 18, 2017 - 20 games have been analysed since - he has mainly started off the back of the square at bounces.
- The most wing starts recorded for Prestia in an analysed game (both clubs). His previous high for wing rotations was 9 in Rd 14, 2017 vs. Carlton.

I'm not sure why I'm getting slaughtered just for trying to be realistic about our situation. Question my views, that's fine, but don't discredit me as a supporter just because I go against the norm.

Fact Is, I've been a Richmond supporter for too many years, and I've been burnt too many times. I simply don't trust this playing group with the same blind devotion as many here do. Yes 2017 and 2018 were great, but I look at our core of Rance, Jack, Cotchin, Martin and Hardwick, a core we have had for nearly a decade of football, and I can't just ignore all the times they came up short and let us down as supporters.

Many here seem to have confirmation bias, and look at 2017 and 2018 as the new norm, I look at it as an exception to the norm. Hate on me all you like but I'm just trying to be realistic about our situation. Our list was flawed in 2015, our list was flawed in 2016, anyone could see that, yes we popped up for a premiership but you can't just ignore those list deficiencies. This was always going to happen at some point where our ball pressure wasn't going to be able to compensate for our subpar ball skills. We played that way because we had to to win games (and it worked), not because we revolutionized modern footy.

Our list as it stands can't compete with a Collingwood or West Coast or GWS now that the game has moved back to skill and less strength in numbers. Hate on me all you like but that's just how I see it.

Lol, account is already suspended. Nice try knackers. Next time do better.
