The problem is you're asking guys to do things that aren't in their repertoire at all. It's easy for Lynch to do that because he can.I think it was On the Couch on Monday, they showed Tom Lynch from Richmond, at a stage when Richmond were having trouble getting the ball beyond the centreline.
He took it upon himself to bust his arse and start working up around the wings, took a couple of strong marks, and opened play up again for his team.
Jenkins (and Walker, to a lesser extent) need to adopt this approach - if it is too hard and not working, the onus is on them to get involved and make it work - not spit the dummy and refuse to work harder.
