I see you've been inundated with advice already but thought I'd still put my 2 cents in...

I don't think you've "done" anything but you're obviously not humming along like a well-oiled machine.

go and get yourself a foam roller and look up how to use it on YouTube, if you like to run regularly it'll change your life. It's all about prehab.

a lot of people have plenty of room for improvement in their running technique too but that's a bit more difficult to work on.

Thanks. I'll check out the foam roller. Sounds interesting.
Technique is fine...been honed by experts. :thumbsu:

Sorry, I don't buy it.

Doc Larkin said weeks ago we are leading the league, by some margin, for hamstring injuries in 2017 and it's only gotten worse since then. We've had something like 10 players experiencing hamstring strains or soreness. .

The 2015 AFL Injury Report has the long term averages per club for new injuries. I've cut a slice of that for review - 5- 7 new hamstring injuries per club per year is the long term average.

It's like my golf game - I'm half way down the fairway and i've already had par, I just have to get it 150m in 0 shots to stay at par.

Scorpus just out of curiosity are you the one that keeps changing the thread title and keeping us informed of the current injury issues at the AFC?

Just wanted to say thanks if you do it is much appreciated, I am sure almost all Crows posters value this commitment in keeping us up to date with our list.

Liam Pickering on AFL nation before the Saints/Dogs game said that Hampton was out for 12 with a pin in his ankle??

I don't think Wigg is a part of their plans.

Seems like it. Still need some games into him. Wouldn't be good if we needed him in finals and he hasn't played

Sad news for Curtly Hampton , was really hoping this year to be his breakout. Head down and work hard and hopefully a spot is his in the Finals

12 weeks? **** well that's his season done then.
Greenwood will make the most of his opportunity, have a feeling the AFL world will really be talking about him come finals.

Disappointing for Curtly. He was ok this season but can't say him being out will hurt us too much. Hopefully he can fight for a finals spot.
