With SPS and Dow starting to rebuild the mid group which is lacking pace and skill. Will need a new ruck by the time they are all developed Kruezer will be an old man.

Also need develop dangerous quick HFF/HBFs and smalls at both ends.

But with SOS they’ll find a way to stuff it up

Sounds like Pies might get some bargains?

Bargains you reckon? I just don't see how either are rated as top 20 prospets, but it seems the word around the traps Isaac he firming for it. Not sure how that would be bargains if they were matched at pick 9 and 20 respectively? IMO it seems inflated.

IOh and I rate Quaynor as a player just not sure that early on.

Done some big jobs has young Isaac, would be a great small defender with attacking flare

Reckon Hine and co will eat this draft up for breakfast. The media will have a set top 20 and we'll take some absolute random with our pick 10-18 whom has flown under the radar, probably hasn't played Championships and won't be in the all star game etc.

In response to this and the earlier post you tagged me in, I don’t see it with Quaynor either. In such a strong draft, a half back flanker with a man’s body going 1st round for mine should be getting a lot more ball than he does, and really dominating his smaller bodied opponents. In a weaker draft I could see justification in him being first round, but first round, let alone top 10 in this draft is taking the piss imo.

No he doesn't, he has consistently put a lot of father son/academy guys higher than expected over the years. I think the truth is Twomey gets all his info from scouts and recruiters, and he is not a talent spotter as much as he likes to suggest his ranking are purely his own. So with these kids the recruiters probably pump them up a bit in conversations and he runs with it. So if you listen to the latest road the draft podcast he asks the Adelaide guys about our boys, and they agreed with Twomey they they are top 15, even top 10 but I reckon it's hard to believe, but it doesn't hurt for clubs to say it.

Unfortunately that can't be further from the truth, he is the most accurate mock drafter in the game and is held in extremely high regard by recruiters, but I still don't want quaynor as my first pick
