Giants fired OL coach Marc Colombo.
Colombo came over with OC Jason Garrett from Dallas this offseason. The Giants' offensive line has been a disaster through the first 10 weeks, allowing the third-most sacks (31) in the league. Ex-Dolphins OL coach Dave DeGuglielmo was hired to replace Colombo.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports there's "no change" to Drew Brees' (ribs) status after additional tests on Tuesday.
Brees got a second opinion on the rib fractures and collapsed lung he suffered in Week 10. For now, he's expected to miss at least the next two games before being reevaluated. The Saints have yet to announce their Week 11 quarterback, but most signs point to Jameis Winston starting.

49ers claimed DE Takk McKinley off waivers from the Falcons.
McKinley reverted back to waivers after he failed his physical with the Bengals. He'll need to prove he's healthy to stick with the 49ers, but McKinley has the support of Kyle Shanahan and the coaching staff. The 2017 draft bust had just one sack in 85 snaps with Atlanta before being sidelined with a groin injury.

Bucs coach Bruce Arians said the team will "move on" from Antonio Brown as soon as the WR isn't "a model citizen."
Being a bad resident in a homeowners association to the point of destroying a security camera must not qualify. Arians has a history with Brown, so he likely knows better than most what to expect from the erratic receiver. On the field, Brown has yet to make a game-changing impact in two contests as a Buccaneer.
